Movement photography. This has been taken using a slow shutter speed and a long exposure, it has been done so that the people in front are still visible whilst the background is blurred. The blurred background shows the movement in the image.
I like how the image shows the movement and direction of which way the people are going. I also like how the people are still in focus whilst everything else is blurred.
